By enrolling in and attending courses at the Real Estate Training School (“School”), you
agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding
with registration.
- Course Enrollment and Payment
1.1 Course Registration: Enrollment in any course is subject to availability. Enrollment
is confirmed once payment has been received in full.
1.2 Payment Terms: Payment must be made in full prior to the commencement of the
course. Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, methods accepted by the
School.
1.3 Refund Policy: If you cancel your enrollment more than 7 business days before the
start of the course, you may receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. If you
cancel less then 7 business days of the course start date, no refund will be provided, but
you may transfer to a future course. Refunds will not be provided once the course has
started.. - Course Content and Delivery
2.1 Course Materials: The School will provide all necessary course materials,
textbooks available for purchase. Other resources, as part of your enrollment. Additional
materials may be provided at the School’s discretion.
2.2 Course Delivery: Courses will be offered Online through The CE Shop or through
narrated recorded sessions. The School reserves the right to modify course delivery
methods based on circumstances or changes in law.
2.3 Course Modifications: The School reserves the right to alter or modify course
content, or delivery methods without prior notice. The School will make reasonable efforts
to notify students of any significant changes. - Attendance and Participation
3.1 Attendance Requirements: To receive course credit, you must attend a minimum of
90% of the course sessions. For online courses, active participation is required. If you miss
more than the allowed number of sessions, you may be required to repeat the course or
complete additional assignments. - Code of Conduct
4.1 Recording and Sharing Content: You may not record, photograph, or share any
course content (including video, slides, and course materials) without prior written consent
from the School. - Certification and Licensing
5.1 Completion of Course: Successful completion of the course requires meeting the
attendance requirements and passing any required assessments or exams. Students will
be issued a certificate upon successful completion of the course, if applicable.
5.2 Real Estate License Requirements: Successful completion of a course at Real
Estate Training School does not guarantee passing the Florida Real Estate Commission
(FREC) exam, obtaining a real estate license, or securing employment. The School provides
training in accordance with the Florida Real Estate Commission’s educational
requirements. - Limitation of Liability
6.1 Waiver of Liability: The School makes no representations or warranties regarding
employment outcomes or career advancement after completion of any course. The School
is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your
participation in the course.
6.2 Force Majeure: The School is not responsible for any delay or failure to perform its
obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such delay or failure is due to events
outside its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, acts of terrorism,
government restrictions, or pandemics. - Privacy and Data Protection
7.1 Student Data: By enrolling, you consent to the collection and use of your personal
information by the School for administrative purposes, including course enrollment,
communication, and certification. The School will not share your information with third
parties without your consent, except as required by law.
7.2 Opt-Out: Students may opt out of marketing communications at any time by
notifying the School in writing or through the provided unsubscribe link in emails. - Changes to Terms and Conditions
8.1 Modification of Terms: The School reserves the right to update and amend these
Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the
School’s website or notification to students. It is your responsibility to review these Terms
regularly. - Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
9.1 Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
9.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with
these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance
